Group Member Registration Conditions:

To receive the discounted group rate for a third and subsequent delegate, the following conditions apply:
1. Three (3) or more delegates (First two delegates must be registered at full member registration)
2. All work for the same organisation
3. Same street address
4. Register at the same time
5. Each delegate to complete a separate form

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations need to be made in writing to Tour Hosts Delegate Services (MEA 2009 Conference Registration Services) to mea2009@tourhosts.com.au.

1. Cancellations made on or before Monday 2 February 2009, will receive a refund less a $55 administration fee.
2. Cancellations made from Tuesday 3 February 2009 to Monday 2 March 2009 will receive a refund less $110     administration fee.
3. Cancellations after Monday 2 March 2009 will receive no refund.
4. No refunds will be issued until after the conference.
5. Substitute names will be accepted. Substituting a delegate with another colleague is welcome as long as         the Tour Hosts Delegate Services are notified by email by Friday 20 March 2009.
6. Non MEA members substituting with MEA members will incur the registration fee balance.
